Because we are an experienced slab work contractor, we will consult whether the customer should level and repair their concrete, or possibly replace it. We will give the best case scenario for each individual job. Concrete needs to be maintained and if your slabs are tipped toward your foundation, you very well could be allowing water to penetrate your basement! If you see water pooling beside your foundation you should get the slope corrected as soon as possible!
